📍 Sheffield and Lincoln Hybrid - 3 days per week in office (2 of which will be one office with the 3rd day in the other office), 2 working remotely. The Opportunity: We are looking for an IT Support & Security Analyst to act as the primary technical point of contact across our Sheffield and Lincoln offices, reporting to the IT and Security Manager. You will split your time between front-line helpdesk operations and proactive security administration in a fast-paced, adaptable environment. Helpdesk & On-Site Support: Serve as the go-to contact for hardware (macOS, Windows, ChromeOS), connectivity, and tickets logged via Freshservice across Sheffield and Lincoln. Identity & Cloud Administration: Manage full user lifecycles, access permissions, policies, and Google Workspace configurations. Device & Patch Management: Enrol, monitor, and secure endpoints using Google MDM, Hexnode, and Intune, maintaining automated patch schedules via Action1.
