Join the ride! Our Team IT Operations keeps our entire ecosystem running smoothly and takes care of our internal infrastructure that powers our daily operations. To support our growing team, we are looking for a motivated Working Student IT Operations (w/m/x/d) to join us in Berlin. In this role, you won’t just be sitting on the sidelines; you will be the reliable first point of contact for all IT-related questions across the company. Working closely with our experienced engineers, you’ll get hands-on experience with modern cloud tools and IT infrastructure while helping to keep the MILES team up, running, and fully connected. Please note: This position is fully onsite. 20h/week (3 days preferred - 2x8h, 1x4h) Your Responsibility First-Line Support: Handle incoming IT support tickets and resolve hardware or software issues efficiently to minimize downtime for our team. User Lifecycle: Support our onboarding and offboarding processes by setting up accounts, managing digital access, and preparing hardware for new MILES employees.
