You will help run and improve the operational processes that support our trading platform and the instruments available to customers. The role covers a broad range of topics - from investigating operational issues and supporting complex cases to understanding how processes, systems and data fit together. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning how things work and finding better ways of working.
