Sprachen Die Arbeitssprache im Job ist Deutsch. Du telefonierst, verhandelst und schreibst täglich auf Deutsch mit Kunden und Kandidat:innen, daher brauchst du verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1). Zusätzlich erwarten wir gute Englischkenntnisse für die interne Kommunikation, zum Beispiel mit Kolleg:innen und Führungskräften an unseren anderen Standorten. Erfahrung in der Personalberatung brauchst du nicht. Du bringst die Motivation mit, den Rest lernst du bei uns.
