Die GFN GmbH begleitet als Bildungsanbieter mit IT-Spezialisierung deutschlandweit Menschen auf ihrem Weg der Weiterbildung und beruflichen Neuorientierung. Für unsere Zentrale Erstberatung (Inbound) suchen wir eine engagierte Leitung Inbound (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt und gemeinsam mit dem Team unsere Beratungs- und Servicequalität weiterentwickelt. Du führst das Team fachlich und disziplinarisch, stellst einen reibungslosen Tagesbetrieb sicher und entwickelst unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter. Die Position ist zu 100 % remote vorgesehen. Aufgaben Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung, Entwicklung und Unterstützung des Inbound-Teams einschließlich regelmäßiger Feedback- und Mitarbeitergespräche Verantwortung für die operative Steuerung der zentralen Erstberatung sowie für Erreichbarkeit, Servicequalität und die effiziente Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen Personaleinsatz-, Schicht- und Kapazitätsplanung einschließlich der Koordination interner Unterstützer:innen Analyse, Bewertung und Steuerung relevanter Kennzahlen wie Servicelevel, Annahmequote, Gesprächsdauer, Lead-Bearbeitung und Conversion Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reports, Dashb…
