Diese Position ist weit mehr als klassische Projektleitung. Hier übernehmen Sie die eigenständige Gesamtverantwortung für strategisch bedeutende Microsoft-Großprojekte. Mit Ihrer Erfahrung, ausgeprägten Führungskompetenz und einem souveränen Blick für das Wesentliche steuern Sie komplexe Vorhaben selbstbestimmt und konsequent zum Erfolg. Sie übernehmen, wenn andere nicht mehr weiterwissen im Microsoft Ökosystem. In dieser Rolle tragen Sie Verantwortung für strategisch wichtige Microsoft-Initiativen wie Azure-Migrationen, M365-Rollouts, Dynamics-Implementierungen oder hybride Cloud-Architekturen – genau dann, wenn sie ins Stocken geraten. Als erfahrener Project Manager mit technischem Microsoft-Fokus analysieren Sie die Ursachen, führen souverän durch Eskalationen, kennen sich im Vertragswesen aus, kommunizieren auf C-Level und setzen gezielte Maßnahmen zur Stabilisierung und Neuausrichtung um.
