Easy Arbeitszeiten 10 Uhr bis 16 Uhr und man darf ab 08 Uhr starten, oder bis 20 Uhr bleiben, um am Freitag früher abhauen zu können, und/oder Montags gar nicht zu kommen ;-)? Remotes Work'n ist bei gleicher Arbeitsleistung immer möglich. Einfach verlässlich abliefern, und dann gerne aus Portugal, Kapstadt, Tallin, Paris oder weiteren CoWorkings dieser Welt einloggen und telefonieren. Intensive Einarbeitung (Erste Woche: Zuhören + lernen. Zweite Woche: Die ersten Telefonate führen mit eigenem Wissen und individuell erstellten Skripten. Dritte Woche: Intensiver mit Academy Onboarding lernen. Vierte Woche: Bonus eingestrichen haben. Fünfte Woche: Schon Mal remote gearbeitet haben.) Einzel-Büro oder Gemeinschafts-Büro: Du darfst entscheiden, was deinem Arbeitskomfort entspricht. Langfristig: Fliege sucht Menschen, die gerne in Gemeinschaft-Telefonieren, weil man abklatscht, Scherze macht und einfach Menschelt...
