Über hey contact heroes Wir sind hey contact heroes, ein Customer-Service-Dienstleister aus Hamburg. Mit mehr als 500 Teammitgliedern arbeiten wir komplett remote und betreuen den Kundenservice für bekannte Marken aus Telekommunikation, E-Commerce, Entertainment und Energie. Unser Büro liegt im Herzen von Hamburg, im Zentrum der HafenCity. Gearbeitet wird bei uns aber von überall. Für unser Team suchen wir eine Person, die unsere Projekte plant und steuert und dafür sorgt, dass zur richtigen Zeit die richtigen Leute am Telefon, im Chat und in der Mail sind. Deine Aufgaben Du planst den Personaleinsatz für unsere Kundenprojekte auf Basis von Forecasts, Volumen und Servicezielen. Du steuerst den laufenden Betrieb in Echtzeit, erkennst Abweichungen früh und reagierst sofort. Du erstellst Schichtpläne und stimmst sie mit den Team- und Projektleitungen ab. Du behältst Kennzahlen wie Service Level, Erreichbarkeit, Bearbeitungszeit und Auslastung im Blick und leitest daraus Maßnahmen ab. Du entwickelst Reportings und Planungsprozesse weiter und bringst eigene Ideen zur Automatisierung ein.
