<p><strong>Mission Brief </strong></p> <p>As a Senior L&D Specialist at Isar Aerospace, you'll own learning and culture programs end to end and run them with real independence — from needs analysis and design through delivery, evaluation, and iteration. You'll manage senior stakeholders on your own, mentor more junior colleagues, and set the quality bar for how we develop people as we scale. This role reports to the VP Talent.</p> <p>Your Role in Our Space Mission: </p> <ul> <li>Own programs, not tasks. Lead the full learning cycle on the initiatives you're given: needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation, and refinement.</li> <li>Own flagship programs. Design and run leadership development, onboarding, career paths and development frameworks, and our recognition and inclusion initiatives.</li> <li>Embed our values.
