<p><strong>Mission Brief </strong></p> <p>As a Senior People Systems & Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping, developing and optimising our HR systems landscape. You will act as a Workday subject matter expert, owning key system modules and supporting the evolution of scalable HR processes, reporting capabilities and system integrations.</p> <p>Working closely with Talent, Finance, IT and business stakeholders, you will help ensure our people systems provide reliable data, efficient processes and a seamless employee experience while supporting organisational growth.</p> <p>Your Role in Our Space Mission: </p> <ul> <li>Act as a key owner and subject matter expert for Workday, ensuring continuous optimisation and system effectiveness</li> <li>Own the configuration, optimisation and continuous evolution of Workday modules such as Core HCM, Time, Absence, Adaptive, Advanced Compensation or Talent</li> <li>Configure, maintain and optimise Workday processes, workflows and business process frameworks</li> <li>Support the implementation of new Workday functionality, releases and system enhancements</li> <li>Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements…
