Wer wir sind Kola NetZero bringt Eigentümer von Mehrfamilienhäusern mit einem führenden Anbieter für Wärmecontracting zusammen: Der Eigentümer bekommt eine neue, klimafreundliche Heizzentrale ohne eigene Investition, der Anbieter betreibt sie 15 Jahre lang, und wir begleiten den Weg von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Unterschrift. Hinter Kola NetZero steht die Kola Invest GmbH, ein Hamburger Family Office mit Fokus auf Wohnimmobilien. Wir sind ein kleines Team mit großem Ziel: mehrere tausend Wohneinheiten pro Monat in die Wärmewende zu bringen. Dafür bauen wir gerade das Backoffice auf, das aus eingereichten Objekten vertragsreife Projekte macht. Du bist die erste Person in dieser Rolle und prägst, wie wir arbeiten. Deine Aufgaben Du verantwortest den Weg eines Objekts vom Eingang bis zur Freigabe durch den Anbieter. Konkret: Pipeline steuern: 50 bis 100 Objekte gleichzeitig im Prozess halten. Du weißt jederzeit, welches Objekt in welcher Phase steckt, was blockiert und was als Nächstes dran ist, und berichtest das wöchentlich an die Geschäftsführung.
