Description
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to work directly with our Head of Deployment to drive execution across our most critical customer deployments. You will operate at the center of complex engineering programs to coordinate AI, robotics, hardware, operations, and customer teams to move our systems from prototype to real-world production. What You'll Do Partner directly with the Head of Deployment to drive end-to-end execution of customer deployments. Own cross-functional programs spanning robotics software, AI, hardware, infrastructure, operations, and customer success. Coordinate engineering milestones across multiple teams and ensure critical dependencies stay on track. Drive site readiness, including integration planning, testing, validation, site logistics, and launch execution. Engage directly with enterprise customers to translate technical requirements, report progress, and manage timelines. Identify execution risks early and work across engineering teams to resolve technical and operational blockers.
