Du entwickelst starke kreative Ideen, führst Menschen mit Klarheit und Empathie und möchtest Kreation aktiv weiterentwickeln? Bei addfame übernimmst Du die Leitung unseres Kreationsteams und verbindest Art Direction, Kampagnenverständnis und KI-gestützte Content-Produktion. Dabei verantwortest Du nicht nur kreative Qualität und Teamentwicklung, sondern bringst Dich auch selbst aktiv in Konzepte, Kampagnen und Kundenprojekte ein. Dabei ist uns Deine Persönlichkeit mindestens genauso wichtig wie Deine fachliche Qualifikation.
