Du kennst dich mit Klaviyo aus, hast bereits E-Commerce-Marken betreut und möchtest weitere eigene Kunden und ein Team verantworten? Dann könnte das hier gut passen. Wir sind eine Agentur für E-Mail- und SMS-Marketing. Wir unterstützen DTC-Marken mit sieben- und achtstelligen Umsätzen dabei, mehr aus ihrem E-Mail-Marketing herauszuholen und langfristig zu wachsen. Bei uns übernimmst du die Betreuung mehrerer Kunden. Du entwickelst die Strategie, planst Kampagnen und koordinierst die Umsetzung mit deinem Team aus Copywriter, Designer und Klaviyo-Technician. Dabei behältst du die Ergebnisse im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden jederzeit wissen, woran wir arbeiten. Wir suchen jemanden, der mitdenkt, klar kommuniziert und seine Aufgaben selbstständig voranbringt. Deine Aufgaben Kunden betreuen: Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für deine Kunden, hältst sie auf dem Laufenden und kümmerst dich um Feedback und Freigaben. Strategien entwickeln: Du planst Kampagnen, Flows und Pop-ups, die zur jeweiligen Marke und ihren Zielen passen.
