We're a full-service email and SMS marketing agency helping 7-figure and 8-figure DTC brands scale profitably. We specialize in high-performance email flows, campaigns, and retention strategies using Klaviyo for high-growth brands. As an Email Marketing Manager at our agency, you will fully own email marketing for a portfolio of DTC brands. You are responsible for strategy, execution, and performance across campaigns, flows, and pop-ups. You will manage your team (designer, brand copywriter, and Klaviyo technician) and ensure all deliverables are completed on time, on-brand, and error-free. Your role is to bring strategy and direction to the team, maintain high standards, and ensure every email sent on behalf of the client meets those standards. You will also be the main point of contact for your clients, owning communication, performance, and overall account success.
