Deine Rolle bei uns Du übernimmst die übergreifende Steuerung großer Kundenaccounts mit mehreren parallelen IT- und Softwareentwicklungsprojekten. Dabei verantwortest du Termine, Budgets, Ressourcen, Qualität und Risiken und führst Projektmanager und Projektteams fachlich. Dein Fokus liegt auf einer belastbaren, projektübergreifenden Steuerung. Du erkennst Risiken und Abhängigkeiten frühzeitig und greifst gezielt ein, wenn Projekte aus der Spur geraten. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Projektteams und Delivery Management sorgst du dafür, dass komplexe Kundenaccounts erfolgreich gesteuert werden. Aufgaben Du steuerst große Kundenaccounts mit mehreren parallelen IT- und Softwareentwicklungsprojekten und behältst Termine, Budgets, Qualität und Risiken im Gesamtblick. Du steuerst und unterstützt die Projektteams innerhalb deines Accounts und förderst deren fachliche Weiterentwicklung im Rahmen der laufenden Projekte. Du setzt ein wirksames Risikomanagement um und stellst sicher, dass Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Eskalationen frühzeitig erkannt, bewertet und adressiert werden.
