Deine Rolle bei uns Als Head of Software Engineering (m/w/d) schaffst du die Rahmenbedingungen für exzellente Software Entwicklung. Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung unserer technischen Organisation, förderst technische Standards und entwickelst unsere Teams und Kompetenzen gezielt weiter. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass wir unseren Kunden qualitativ hochwertige, wirtschaftliche und zukunftsfähige Softwarelösungen liefern und unsere technischen Kompetenzen kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln. Aufgaben Du entwickelst die strategische Ausrichtung unserer technischen Organisation weiter und gibst unseren Engineering-Kompetenzen eine klare Richtung. Du stärkst unsere internen Softwareentwicklungs-, Architektur-, Cloud- und DevOps-Communities und entwickelst diese gezielt weiter. Du etablierst technische Standards und Best Practices, die Qualität, Skalierbarkeit und nachhaltige Softwareentwicklung fördern. Du schaffst Rahmenbedingungen, in denen unsere technischen Mitarbeitenden Verantwortung übernehmen, voneinander lernen und wachsen können.
