Omschrijving Wij zijn voor de Gemeente Zwolle op zoek naar een Senior Financieel Strategisch Adviseur. Binnen de afdeling Concernstaf werk je aan een strategische en impactvolle opgave: het ontwikkelen van een integraal Meerjarig Investeringsplan (MIP) met een horizon van tien jaar en een bijbehorend financieel sturingskader. De gemeente staat de komende jaren voor grote investeringen op het gebied van woningbouw, gebiedsontwikkeling, onderwijshuisvesting en infrastructuur. Tegelijkertijd vragen financiële schaarste, beperkte uitvoeringscapaciteit en netcongestie om scherpe keuzes en integrale afwegingen. In deze opdracht zorg je voor een toekomstbestendige financiële aanpak die inzicht geeft in investeringen, risico’s, financiële consequenties en prioriteiten binnen de gemeentelijke investeringsportefeuille. Deze interim opdracht is interessant voor een ervaren strategisch financieel adviseur met ruime ervaring binnen gemeentelijke organisaties, financiële sturing en investeringsvraagstukken in het fysieke domein.
