Omschrijving Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Programmamanager voor de Uitvoeringsorganisatie Herstel Toeslagen (UHT). In deze strategische interim opdracht werk je aan een complexe maatschappelijke veranderopgave met grote bestuurlijke, organisatorische en maatschappelijke impact. De centrale opgave van deze functie is het ontwikkelen, vormgeven, implementeren en duurzaam verankeren van de aanvullende schaderoute en de toekomstige inrichting van de bezwaarstromen binnen UHT. Daarbij zorg je voor samenhang tussen beleid, uitvoering, processen, organisatie-inrichting en implementatie. Je geeft leiding aan een programma met meerdere samenhangende projecten en veranderinitiatieven. Het programma richt zich op het versterken van de uitvoeringskracht van UHT door nieuwe werkwijzen te ontwikkelen, bestaande processen te optimaliseren en waar nodig ondersteunende IV-oplossingen te realiseren. Het doel is om gedupeerde ouders tijdig, zorgvuldig en passend te ondersteunen. Daarnaast vervul je een belangrijke politiek-bestuurlijke rol.
