Description
Als Head of Lead Generation verantwortest du den Aufbau, die Performance und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Leadgenerierung. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf Cold Calling. Du bringst fundierte praktische Erfahrung aus der telefonischen Kaltakquise mit, weißt, wie erfolgreiche Outbound-Prozesse funktionieren, und kannst dieses Wissen an ein Team weitergeben. Du bist sowohl operativ als auch strategisch tätig: Du führst und trainierst unsere Cold Caller, optimierst Prozesse und erschließt bei Bedarf weitere Kanäle zur Leadgenerierung. Dabei bist du technisch affin, prozessverliebt und nutzt gerne technische Lösungen und KI-Tools, um unsere Leadgenerierung smarter und effizienter zu gestalten.
