Als Performance Marketing Manager Paid Social sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Premium-Marken möglichst viele Tierhalter:innen erreichen. Dafür verantwortest du vier Meta-Konten, die Testing-Roadmap und die Creative-Briefings. Gemeinsam mit unserem Creative Strategist findest du heraus, welche Botschaften wirklich überzeugen. Saubere Daten von Pixel bis CAPI und verlässliche Reportings sind dabei deine Basis. Dein Beitrag zahlt direkt auf unsere Neukundenziele 2027 ein. Deine Aufgaben Du steuerst täglich mehrere Meta-Konten: Budget, Bidding, Kontostruktur und Setups nach unserem Namensschema Du baust eine saubere Testing- und Scaling-Struktur auf und hältst sie konsequent im Takt Du testest mit unserem Creative Strategist neue Konzepte und Angles, identifizierst Winner Ads und skalierst sie Du steuerst Kampagnen nach CAC:CLV und sicherst Tracking und Datenqualität über Pixel, CAPI und Event-Setup Du briefst Creatives, nimmst sie ab und berichtest wöchentlich sowie monatlich zu Spend,…
