Du bist im letzten Semester? Bei uns hast du die Möglichkeit, auch nach deinem Praktikum fest einzusteigen. Im Customer Success bist du für unsere Kunden da: Du bringst neue Hausverwaltungen an den Start, betreust unsere Bestandskunden und arbeitest dabei täglich mit der Bank und unserem Team in Berlin-Kreuzberg zusammen. Auf einen Blick Vollzeit-Praktikum in Berlin-Kreuzberg, hybrides Arbeiten möglich Dauer: mindestens 4 Monate, ideal 5 bis 6 Monate (passend zum Pflichtpraktikum) Start: ab Mitte November oder im Dezember 2026 Das machst du bei uns Du betreust unsere Kunden: Am Telefon und per E-Mail bist du ihre erste Ansprechperson, beantwortest Fragen rund um Konten und Zahlungen und findest Lösungen, wenn es hakt. Du bringst neue Kunden an den Start und begleitest Hausverwaltungen durch die Kontoeröffnung. Dabei behältst du im Blick, wer gerade was liefern muss: Kunde, Bank oder unser Team. Du bist im täglichen Austausch mit der Bank und ihren festen Ansprechpersonen, forderst die nötigen Unterlagen an und sorgst dafür, dass nichts liegen bleibt.
