Wir betreiben aktuell drei Online-Shops: - Dosenmatrosen für Dosengetränke - Nomi Shop für pflanzliche Milchalternativen - Nullpegel für alkoholfreie Alternativen Exzellenter Kundenservice und eine offene, ehrliche Kommunikation sind uns besonders wichtig. Um der steigenden Zahl an Bestellungen und den wachsenden Anforderungen gerecht zu werden, suchen wir ab sofort Verstärkung im Kundenservice an unserem Standort in Elmenhorst bei Rostock. Aufgaben Du beantwortest Fragen zu Artikeln und Bestellungen über Telefon und E-Mail Bei Versandproblemen trittst Du mit der Kundschaft in Kontakt Du nutzt unsere IT-Systeme, um Reklamationen abzuwickeln Qualifikation Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und sorgfältig Du hast Erfahrungen im Kundenkontakt Du hast keine Scheu vor der Arbeit mit IT-Systemen Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse Du kannst täglich von Montag bis Freitag arbeiten Benefits 2 Tage/Woche Home Office möglich 15,50€/Stunde, nach erfolgreich bestandener Probezeit 16,00€/Stunde…
