<p>Au sein de l'équipe Grands Comptes, rattachée à l’Adminsitration des Ventes, vous contribuerez directement à la croissance et à la sécurisation du chiffre d'affaires de Doctolib. Vous jouerez un rôle opérationnel clé dans le processus de closing mensuel et la gestion du cycle de facturation, tout en développant une expertise complète du cycle commercial et financier chez Doctolib.</p> <h2><strong>Vos missions</strong></h2> <p>Vos responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à :</p> <ul> <li>Accompagner le closing mensuel en soutenant les équipes commerciales Grands Comptes dans leurs démarches contractuelles et en anticipant les pics d'activité de fin de mois</li> <li>Assurer le suivi opérationnel de l'ARR closé en identifiant les dossiers présentant des risques de facturation et en alertant les équipes concernées</li> <li>Coordonner avec les équipes Finance l'envoi effectif des factures une fois tous les justificatifs réceptionnés et validés</li> <li>Piloter le suivi du chiffre d'affaires non facturé par commercial/équipe, en maintenant un reporting en temps réel pour minimiser les délais</li> <li>Participer à la facturation mensuelle des comptes publics et accompagner l…
