Type de contrat : Mission de management de transition (freelance / portage) Durée : 6 mois, renouvelable Démarrage : dès que possible Localisation : Paris, avec 2 jours de télétravail possibles Rémunération : 600 - 800 € HT / jour Xerus Conseil accompagne des entreprises et organisations dans leurs transitions. Pour le compte de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un Manager de Transition pour piloter la transformation de sa fonction Ressources Humaines. Vos missions Réaliser le diagnostic de la fonction RH : organisation, processus, outils et compétences. Définir et piloter la feuille de route de transformation RH avec la direction générale. Conduire le changement auprès des équipes RH et des managers. Mettre en œuvre les chantiers prioritaires : organisation, processus, SIRH, gestion des compétences, recrutement, formation. Dialoguer avec les instances représentatives du personnel et sécuriser juridiquement et socialement les évolutions. Transmettre les outils et les méthodes à l’équipe interne avant la fin de la mission.
