Unsere Pflege-Expertinnen und -Experten helfen Pflegebedürftigen und ihren Familien, den Pflegegrad zu erhalten, der ihnen zusteht. Kern unseres Angebots ist die pflegefachliche Einschätzung bei Erstantrag, Höherstufung oder Widerspruch, ergänzt um die persönliche Vorbereitung auf die Begutachtung durch den Medizinischen Dienst (MD). Für den Ausbau unseres Kundenteams im östlichen Ruhrgebiets suchen wir ab sofort in Vollzeit eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in Beratung und Vertrieb. Deine Aufgaben Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Pflegebedürftige und pflegende Angehörige, die sich für unsere Beratungsangebote interessieren. Du berätst Interessenten am Telefon und per Video, erfasst ihre Situation und empfiehlst die passende Leistung – etwa die pflegefachliche Einschätzung oder die MD-Vorbereitung. Du gehst aktiv auf Interessenten zu, verfolgst offene Angebote konsequent nach und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Abschlüsse.
