Headquarters: Remote URL: https://flagtheory.com/ Job Responsibilities Own the post-sale customer journey for company incorporation services across multiple jurisdictions. Guide clients through KYC and jurisdiction-specific documentation requirements with clarity and care. Maintain prompt, clear communication via email and phone; resolve issues and unblock clients quickly. Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely, accurate service delivery. Maintain and update SOPs for all onboarding and incorporation-related workflows. Identify friction points and implement improvements that enhance client satisfaction and response rates. Ensure compliance with internal quality checks and jurisdictional regulatory standards. Requirements / Must Have 2+ years of hands-on experience in corporate services or company incorporation. Proven knowledge of KYC processes and compliance protocols. Strong organizational skills; able to self-prioritize and manage multiple client onboarding tracks.
