Your Mission Instagrid builds portable battery power systems for trades and pros. Our Pilot Fleet is how customers try them out before they buy. As a Working Student in Customer Care, you keep that fleet running. You handle demo requests, shipments, returns, check-ups, service and upgrades, and you support the team with everyday tickets and Salesforce-based Order-to-Cash processes. You’ve done a great job when demo units are ready whenever Sales needs them, turnaround times stay short, the pool data in Salesforce and NetSuite is accurate, and our monthly fleet analytics give Customer Care and Sales leads a clear view of utilization and demo-to-order conversion.
