Als Performance Marketing Manager setzt du unsere bezahlten Kampagnen auf, steuerst und wertest sie aus, damit qualifizierte Leads bei unserem Vertrieb ankommen. Du bist der Filter zwischen Anzeige und Beratungsgespräch und verantwortest deine Kampagnen vom ersten Tag an eigenständig. Die Take Care Immobilien GmbH entwickelt Senioren- und Pflegeimmobilien und bietet sie Kapitalanlegern als langfristige und nachhaltige Investition an. Damit schaffen wir ein Zuhause für Menschen, die Unterstützung brauchen, und eine Antwort auf den demografischen Wandel. Bei uns triffst du auf kurze Entscheidungswege und flache Hierarchien, getragen von erfahrenen Gesellschaftern. Du arbeitest eng mit Marketingleitung und Vertrieb zusammen und siehst direkt, welchen Beitrag deine Kampagnen zum Geschäftserfolg leisten. Deine Aufgaben: Du baust Kampagnen in Meta, Google und LinkedIn auf und steuerst sie im Rahmen eines festen Quartalsbudgets.
