Why This Role Matters As a Senior Business Transformation Analyst - Quality Management, you will play a key role in shaping and harmonizing quality processes across Intersnack's international manufacturing entities. Acting as the bridge between Quality, Operations, and IT, you will drive business transformation initiatives with a strong focus on ERP implementations, system rollouts, and process standardization from the Quality perspective. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep expertise in Food Quality Management, Food Safety, and Manufacturing with proven experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programs. You will help ensure that quality processes, data, and compliance requirements are effectively embedded into future ways of working across our global organization.
