The team spans more than 100 countries and speaks 74 languages. About the role Core sits in Foundation, Deel's top design priority for the coming year. You will work on Home, which spans the whole platform, and on a new, broad initiative. You will set direction and work across the company. What you are expected to do Own design for Home and the new platform-wide initiative. Set direction rather than wait for it; move between Core areas as priorities change. Work with people across the org, from US sales to risk and compliance. Act as a key partner to PM and Engineering leads in defining the roadmap: what gets built, why and when.
