Als Marketing Lead entwickelst du die passenden Ideen und Maßnahmen, um neue Kunden zu gewinnen und unser Wachstum aktiv voranzutreiben. Du willst Marketing nicht nur umsetzen, sondern verantworten – mit klaren Pipeline-Zielen, eigenem Budget und einem Team, das du weiterentwickelst? Als Marketing Lead bei ZEP übernimmst du die Ergebnisverantwortung für unser Marketing und die daraus entstehende Pipeline. Du führst das Marketingteam sowie unsere Agenturen und Dienstleister, steuerst das Marketingbudget und greifst aktiv ein, wenn Zahlen vom Plan abweichen.
