Im Auftrag unseres Mandanten, einem international führenden Dienstleister für die Automobilindustrie, suchen wir eine erfahrene operative Führungskraft. Unser Mandant unterstützt renommierte Automobilhersteller (OEMs) und Zulieferer (Tier-1) mit maßgeschneiderten Lösungen im Bereich der Fahrzeugqualität – vom Produktionsanlauf bis zur Serienfertigung. Um den Geschäftsbereich in Deutschland strategisch weiterzuentwickeln und profitables Wachstum sicherzustellen, suchen wir Sie als Technical Director (m/w/d). Ihre Aufgaben Sie übernehmen die deutschlandweite Leitung für den Service-Bereich Vehicle Quality und steuern die operative Umsetzung an verschiedenen Kundenstandorten. Sie tragen die volle P&L-Verantwortung und stellen die Einhaltung von Budget, Forecast sowie die Optimierung von Umsatz und Deckungsbeitrag sicher. Sie führen 6 bis 10 direkte Mitarbeiter (Area- und Projektmanager) und verantworten indirekt ein Team von rund 160 Mitarbeitern an den Projektstandorten.
