Pourquoi ce poste existe maintenant Ad Valoris change de modèle. Depuis vingt ans, nous aidons des directions générales de Suisse romande, publiques et privées, à voir clair, à décider et à embarquer leurs équipes. Depuis 2025, nous pratiquons le conseil augmenté : l'IA nous sert à comprendre mieux, à aller plus loin, pas seulement à produire plus vite. Le cabinet est en pleine croissance : de nouvelles directions nous confient leurs enjeux et un deuxième bureau ouvre à Lausanne. Nous cherchons deux personnalités prêtes à rejoindre cette aventure humaine : une équipe dynamique et engagée, au sein de laquelle vous pourrez contribuer au développement du cabinet et tracer votre propre parcours. Ce que vous ferez Vous rejoignez le cabinet comme consultant-e senior ou manager, selon votre expérience. Sur un mandat, vous pouvez assumer plusieurs responsabilités ; en particulier, vous concevez la démarche de chaque mandat, vous vous assurez qu'elle répond au vrai problème du client et vous gérez la relation avec lui tout au long de la mission.
