Ralph baut das Operating System für Wohnimmobilien. Der Markt ist riesig, und er läuft noch größtenteils auf Aktenordnern, Outlook und USB-Sticks. Wir sind der erste AI Property Manager, der auf einem eigenen Operating System läuft, und betreiben Gebäude damit End-to-End. Ralph OS automatisiert Zahlungen, Buchhaltung, Compliance und Kommunikation. AI-Agenten bereiten die Arbeit vor, und unser Team gibt sie frei. Die Hausverwaltung ist unser Einstieg. Das Ziel ist die neue Infrastruktur für die ganze Kategorie, mit Fintech, Versicherung und Finanzierung auf derselben Plattform. Heute verwalten wir über 10.000 Wohneinheiten und wachsen schnell, organisch und durch Zukäufe. Verantwortung bekommst du bei uns früh, und was du baust, nutzen wir direkt im Alltag. Deine Rolle Du verstehst, wie Hausverwaltung wirklich funktioniert, und machst daraus Produkte, die unseren Verwalter:innen und Eigentümer:innen die Arbeit spürbar leichter machen.
