WEN WIR SUCHEN Als Teamlead verantwortest du die technische Weiterentwicklung unserer überwiegend PHP-basierten Anwendungen und Services. Gleichzeitig kümmerst du dich um die persönliche und fachliche Entwicklung deiner 12 Mitarbeitenden und schaffst die Rahmenbedingungen für eine effiziente und gute Zusammenarbeit im Team. Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Teamlead Internal Services (all genders) Deine Aufgaben Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des 12-köpfigen Teams Technische Verantwortung für interne PHP-Services Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Standards Mitarbeiterentwicklung und Feedbackgespräche Souveräner Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern Schaffung klarer Strukturen und Verantwortlichkeiten Unterstützung bei Architektur- und Technologieentscheidungen Priorisierung und Koordination von Aufgaben Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen Dein Profil Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Teamstrukturen, Teambuilding und die Fähigkeit, Wachstum zu begleiten und zu gestalten.
