Ce que vous allez accomplir Vous rejoignez une association de tech solidaire pour développer la relation client et structurer nos partenariats stratégiques. Vous coordonnez les échanges avec nos parties prenantes, participez à l'expansion de notre réseau et veillez au respect de notre engagement pour la diversité et l'inclusion. Ce que nous attendons de vous Un engagement bénévole de 10 heures par semaine en télétravail total, adapté à votre rythme. Une formation en relation client, commerce, communication ou dans un domaine connexe. De l'aisance relationnelle, un excellent sens de l'écoute et une sensibilité prononcée pour les projets à impact social. Vos premiers mois à LA FAMILLE MAGHEN Dès vos premières semaines, vous prendrez en charge le suivi des relations avec nos partenaires et contribuerez à l'optimisation de notre démarche de fidélisation. Vous aurez ainsi l'opportunité de structurer le pôle partenariats pour soutenir le développement de nos actions solidaires à l'échelle internationale.
