Aufgaben: Du entwickelst und setzt Social-Media-Strategien um (insbesondere LinkedIn und Instagram, Facebook und YouTube) Die Erstellung redaktioneller Inhalte, Stories und Kampagnen zur Stärkung der Arbeitgebermarke obliegt dir Du produzierst Content, Präsentationen, Reels, Stellen-Postings und Podcasts Die Mitgestaltung der externen Kommunikation, um das Unternehmen als attraktiven Partner und Arbeitgeber zu positionieren liegt in deiner Verantwortung Du stellst einen konsistenten und zielgruppengerechten Ton in allen Kanälen sicher Die Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Vermarktung unserer Veranstaltungsreihen gehört zu deinen Aufgaben Du führst Monitoring, Auswertung und Optimierung der Social-Media-Aktivitäten basierend auf Kennzahlen durch Die Analyse von Trends und Anpassung der Content-Strategie an aktuelle Entwicklungen ist deine Zuständigkeit.
