Digitale Gesundheitslösungen verändern, wie Menschen versorgt werden – sicher, nutzerzentriert und evidenzbasiert. Als Product Owner (m/w/d) führst du unsere Digital-Health-Produkte von der ersten Idee bis zum Release und sorgst dafür, dass aus komplexen Anforderungen funktionierende Medizin- oder Präventionsprodukte mit echter Wirkung werden. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Kund*innen, Design, Entwicklung, QA und Projektmanagement zusammen, übernimmst Ownership für Konzept, Priorisierung und Produktstrategie und prägst gleichzeitig unsere internen Produktmanagement-Standards aktiv mit. Aufgaben Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit Kund*innen und einem interdisziplinären Team aus einer ersten Idee ein marktreifes digitales Produkt – von Discovery über Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung. Dabei planst und moderierst du selbstständig Discovery-Workshops und formulierst daraus klare Anforderungen und Produktentscheidungen. Während der Konzeption entwickelst du zielgruppenspezifische Lösungen anhand von Wireframes und validierst diese z.B. durch Nutzerinterviews und Nutzertests.
