Kurzprofil der Rolle Wir suchen eine:n Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (w/m/d) mit starkem Fokus auf Web-Produktentwicklung und AI/LLM-Integration. Du baust unser Team langfristig technisch mit auf und gestaltest unsere GovTech-Plattform für öffentliche Verwaltungen mit. Standort: Remote-first aus Deutschland oder Österreich (mit gelegentlichen Teamtreffen nach Absprache und der Möglichkeit der Nutzung von Büros in Garching) Start: Voraussichtlich ab 01.01.2027; den Einstiegstermin vereinbaren wir flexibel mit dir. Vergütung: Gehalt nach Erfahrung und Expertise; Bonuszahlungen vorgesehen, Mitarbeiterbeteiligungen möglich. Gesetzlich geforderte Information für Beschäftigung mit Arbeitsort Österreich, absolutes Mindestgehalt: In Österreich beträgt die Mindestvergütung auf Basis des IT-KV 2026 ab 4.061 € brutto monatlich bei 38,5 Wochenstunden, zuzüglich Sonderzahlungen.
