Wir verwalten über 70.000 Einheiten in ganz Deutschland. Das ist nicht das Geschäft, das ist die Plattform. Darauf bauen wir neue Verticals auf: Versicherung, Energie, Finanzierung und Brokerage. Für Brokerage suchen wir jetzt die Person, die daraus ein echtes Geschäft macht. Darum geht es Viele unserer Eigentümer wollen irgendwann verkaufen oder neu vermieten. Wir sitzen direkt an der Quelle und kennen Objekte, Eigentümer und Timing. Deine Aufgabe ist, daraus eine planbare Akquise-Maschine zu bauen: Du identifizierst die richtigen Eigentümer aus unserem Bestand, sprichst sie gezielt an und wandelst erstes Interesse in hochqualifizierte Leads für unsere Makler um. Das ist keine Strategie-Rolle mit Folien und Roadmaps. Du baust selbst: Kampagnen, Outbound-Workflows, Automatisierungen, Funnels. Du weißt jede Woche, welche Zahl du bewegt hast. Du arbeitest direkt mit dem Leadership-Team, ohne Hierarchie-Ebenen dazwischen.
