<h2><strong>The role</strong></h2> <p>HelloFresh is going AI-first. Join us in leading the shift and shaping the global customer experience. As a Senior UX Strategist & Researcher on our UX team, you'll own work from ambiguous brief to strategic outcome and implementation — defining project needs, using innovative research approaches, prototyping direction instead of presenting findings, and walking into executive meetings with a decision artifact, not a summary. The most valued teammates today aren't the ones who run the most studies. They shape which questions get asked, challenge business assumptions before money is spent, and stay in the room to drive the decision. </p> <p>You'll use AI fluently as a genuine creative and strategic partner throughout the product design lifecycle. Strategy and research are your deepest strengths, but you’ll also work across the wider UX practice.
