POSITION SUMMARY The Email Marketing Specialist plans, executes, and optimizes email initiatives to drive engagement and ROI. This role manages end-to-end campaign production, including audience segmentation, email building, rigorous QA, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is detail oriented who excels at cross-functional collaboration and timely execution. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Execution: Plan and manage the deployment of diverse email campaigns, including newsletters, GTM initiatives, and lifecycle/triggered automations. Production & QA: Manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery while conducting rigorous QA to guarantee alignment with deliverability best practices and legal compliance. Optimization: Maintain audience segmentation and automated workflows; develop a testing roadmap to optimize subject lines, CTAs, and layouts. Reporting: Monitor metrics and provide actionable insights/recommendations to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions.
