Nu begint het echte werk: mensen laten weten dat het bestaat, ze overtuigen het te gebruiken, en leren wat werkt en wat niet. Utonomy ontwikkelt technologie gebaseerd op een nieuw protocol van de uitvinder van het world wide web (Solid, van Tim Berners-Lee) dat mensen weer controle geeft over hun persoonlijke data. Daarmee leggen we de basis voor privacy-first producten, eerlijke AI en een Europees alternatief voor Big Tech. We zitten precies in die unieke fase net na de lancering: het product werkt, de markt moet nu bewerkt worden, en het team is klein genoeg om jouw werk direct impact te laten hebben. Taken Dit is geen meekijk-stage. Dit is learning-by-doing, met echte verantwoordelijkheden, direct na de launch. Content en campagnes rond Upod (persoonlijke datakluis) maken en live zetten Groei-experimenten opzetten: welke kanalen, welke boodschap, welke doelgroep werkt Data uit campagnes analyseren en vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties Experimenteren met social, community en storytelling Het vertalen van abstracte tech naar begrijpelijke waarde voor gebruikers A/B-testen…
