Meerpaal, centraal gelegen aan hét plein in hartje Dronten, is een unieke organisatie, met 130 medewerkers en vele betrokken vrijwilligers. Meerpaal bestaat onder andere uit een welzijnsorganisatie, theater (grote zaal en kleine zaal), bioscoop en een kunstencentrum. Vanuit een eigentijdse visie dragen wij ons steentje bij om te zorgen dat er voor iedereen wat te beleven valt op het gebied van kunst, cultuur, welzijn en educatie. Ook zijn wij volop actief in de wijken in Dronten, Biddinghuizen en Swifterbant. Jaarlijks ontvangen wij meer dan honderdduizend bezoekers. Wij geloven dat meedoen in de positieve zin bijdraagt aan mens en maatschappij! Meerpaal is op zoek naar een Stagiair HR Taken Stage of afstuderen bij HR – Meerpaal Wil jij tijdens je stage niet alleen meekijken, maar meedenken, meedoen én impact maken? Bij Meerpaal krijg je die ruimte. Als stagiair of afstudeerder bij HR draai je mee in een veelzijdige maatschappelijke en culturele organisatie.
