Omschrijving Voor de gemeente Leidschendam-Voorburg zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren interim Teamleider HR. De opdracht valt binnen het werkveld Bedrijfsvoering en heeft een tweeledig doel: het waarborgen van de continuïteit van de HR-dienstverlening en het realiseren van een afgebakende ontwikkelopgave voor de verdere professionalisering van de HR-functie. Je werkt zelfstandig, bepaalt je eigen aanpak en wordt beoordeeld op de vooraf afgesproken resultaten. Het HR-team telt circa 20 medewerkers, waaronder HR-adviseurs, medewerkers personeels- en salarisadministratie, een recruiter, een adviseur Leren & Ontwikkelen, een organisatieadviseur en een adviseur integriteit. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Borgen van de continuïteit, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van de HR-dienstverlening Aanbrengen van heldere prioriteiten binnen de HR-opgaven en maken van afspraken over samenwerking en resultaten Fungeren als specialistisch vraagbaak voor HR-adviseurs bij complexe arbeidsrechtelijke en organisatiebrede casuïstiek Bewaken en waar mogelijk realiseren van de relevante doelstellingen uit het HR-jaarplan Begeleiden van lopende aanbestedingen en implementaties, waaronder een nieuwe partner…
