Du arbeitest im direkten Austausch mit Geschäftsführern zertifizierter Bildungsträger (AZAV) und führst sie durch unseren klar strukturierten Kauf- und Entscheidungsprozess – vom Erstgespräch bis zur langfristigen Zusammenarbeit. Du führst Gespräche, steuerst die Pipeline, identifizierst Abschlusschancen und sorgst dafür, dass keine Gelegenheit liegen bleibt. Wenn du Ergebnisse lieferst, wirst du daran beteiligt: Du erhältst eine leistungsbasierte Umsatzbeteiligung auf deine Neukunden – vertraglich geregelt, transparent und ohne politische Spielchen. Wir reden nicht über Wachstum – wir setzen es um. Über 50 Bildungsträger pro Jahr entscheiden sich für SC Ventures – weil wir nicht nur verkaufen, sondern liefern.
