Dabei trainierst du deren Vertriebsteams anhand bewährter Vorlagen, Methoden und Prozesse – mit dem Ziel, Vertriebsergebnisse messbar zu verbessern. Du berätst, führst und steuerst. Wenn du Ergebnisse lieferst, wirst du daran beteiligt: Ab dem zweiten Jahr erhältst du eine Umsatzbeteiligung an deinen Bestandskunden – transparent, leistungsbasiert und ohne Politik. Die Beteiligung ist vertraglich geregelt und greift, sobald einer deiner betreuten Kunden seinen Beratungsvertrag mit uns verlängert.
