Aufgaben Als Gewaltfrei Lernen Konflikt-Coach stärkst du Kinder und Jugendliche dabei, Konflikte fair zu lösen und mutig für sich einzustehen. Nach einer umfassenden Weiterbildung, begleitet von unserem Ausbilderteam, gibst du selbstständig Schülertrainings im Rahmen von Schulprojekten – klassenweise vormittags in kleinen Gruppen. Wenn du nach 6–12 Monaten erste Projekte erfolgreich umgesetzt hast, kannst du zusätzlich – im Team oder allein – Lehrkräfte und pädagogische Fachkräfte fortbilden und praxisnahe Elternabende gestalten.
