Du wirst Teil eines kleinen, erfahrenen und schnellen Teams, in dem du als Product Owner die Produktvision und die Umsetzung von Anfang bis Ende verantwortest, statt ein Backlog abzuarbeiten, das jemand anderes vorgekaut hat. Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Engineers zusammen, steuerst KI-gestützte Entwicklungsabläufe und bringst Features innerhalb weniger Wochen vom Konzept in die Produktion. Diese Rolle ist für jemanden, der in Systemen, Nutzen für die Anwender und operativer Klarheit denkt, nicht nur in Jira-Status. Ehrlich gesagt: KI im Jahr 2026 Wir entwickeln schnell mit modernen KI-Werkzeugen (Cursor, Claude, Copilot usw.). Als unser Product Owner musst du selbst keinen Produktivcode schreiben, aber du musst verstehen, wie KI-native Entwicklung Lieferzyklen, Aufwandsschätzung und Scoping verändert.
